Refund Policy – IB Sourced
All products sold by IB Sourced are digital downloads delivered instantly to your email address upon purchase. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery all sales are final and non-refundable once your product has been delivered.
No Refunds on Digital Products
By completing a purchase on our store you confirm that you understand and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that no refunds will be issued once delivery has been made to your email address.
Exceptions
We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Your digital download was not delivered to your email after purchase
- The vendor link inside your document is broken or non-functional
If you experience either of these issues please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
Chargeback Policy
Any chargeback filed after successful delivery of your digital product will be disputed. We retain full records of all deliveries and will provide evidence to the relevant payment processor in all cases.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However by purchasing a digital product and consenting to immediate delivery you waive this right in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
